Job title: Field Supervisor/Social mobilizer

Working Station: Sindhuli madhi project implementation area(jha.ra, Pujha, Sitalpati, Bhimeshwor,
Ratanchura and Majhuwa VDCs . )
Major Duties:
→ Mobilize and engage the community Youth club to get their input and active
participation to make sure that the activities of the project are implemented/internalized
by the Group
→ Support to planning and coordination of community level activities with programme
coordinator
→ Identify case and submitted successful case study in each month or quarterly meeting with
capture of photograph.
→ Selection of new participants for trainings and frequently follow-up to previous
participants and new participants under training and enterprise.
→ Identify the range of stakeholders and maintain good rapport with the stakeholders
involved in Interaction, orientation, interview and other activities like VDCs, Youth club,
Political Member, Partner organization and social welfare departments, how they may be
co-opted into supporting the project.
→ Field visits and attends field level meetings to understand and facilitate problem solving to
have effective implementations.
→ Carry out other program related actions inquired by HANDS Nepal.
→ Community networking to be develops in systematic way with the stakeholder.
- All the works to be supervise under the guidance and policy of HANDS and Plan Nepal
Others - Perform other activities as per direction of office.
- Support multi-disciplinary team to undertake program efficiently and effectively
- Fulfill other appropriate level responsibilities as demand of the programme. &your also
responsibilities are support to Plan sponsorships program.
Job title: Senior Field Supervisor

Ratanchura and Majhuwa VDCs . )
Major Duties:
→ Support to planning and coordination of community level activities with programme
coordinator.
→ Lead the field level activities coordinating with other supervisors, organize meeting, group
discussion in community level as per planned activities under the program.
→ 75% time will be spent in the field and other 25% time will be spent in the office for
reporting and documentation purpose
→ Identify case and submitted successful case study in each month or quarterly meeting with
capture of photograph.
→ Selection of new participants for trainings and frequently follow-up to previous
participants and new participants under training and enterprise.

Major Duties:
Admin and logistics Management
Support project coordination for project implementation, report production and
documentation
Support to management team for well office management System
Responsible for JD preparation and update of all staff
Assist Finance Officer for preparation and management procurement plan.
Supervise the staff for their plan preparation as well as its monitoring.
Facilitate Fiancé Officer for separate for separate admin and logistics management of individual
project
Submit report in timely to the related branch of the HURADEC and FHI360/USAID.
Coordination and Communication
Response for district level project intervention
Follow up let the staff follow calendar and procedure of the project.
Act as point of contact for the district level project intervention.
Responsible for overall quality control of deliverables and output of project implemented at
District level.
Design and finalize monitoring and evaluation plan.
Frequent field visit for monitoring and conduct activity.
Finance Management
- Facilitate Finance Officer to Prepare and Manage the finance management Plan
- Facilitate Finance Officer to Preparing and management the finance plan of her project.
- Encourage staff to implement financial policy or organization
Institution Development - Documentation every issue of field level and share with the project coordinator
- Input to the management team for well institution development
- Make a visibility of the every activity and collection attestable evidence.

Program Management - Plan and implement CS:MAP Project activity as per plan (Monthly, quarterly and annual
),budget and focused of the project.\ - Support CA and LDAG in conducting their meeting to discuss on local issue and support them
to prepare and follow up action plans on local . - Facilitate and support thematic sub groups (Health, Education, Agriculture and DRR) to work
as per action plan prepared in CA quarterly meeting - Host/Participate district level coalition meeting and discuss/ share advocacy issue, finding of
community action research and other issue in regular basis and ensuring their cooperation
and support in CS: MAP. - Coordinate with Sajhedari munch member for meeting prepare meeting agenda,facilitate
meeting and document the process , action plan and result of Sajhedari munch meeting. - Plan and conduct Sajha sabha and other project activities in the district ensuring guiding step.
- Promote Government engagement in line with program focus/plan and identify issue on public
services delivery and resources uses focusing on HEAD. - Conduct different activities with CSOs, Media and Government line agencies to improve
public perceptions and understanding on the role of CSOs. - Responsible for overall quality control of deliverable and output of project forms the district
level. - Carry out the project activities and lead efforts that will improve government engagement and
role of CSOs to strengthen public services delivery and resources use. - Supervise Community Reporter, LDAG facilitator and CAR and ensure their efforts are in line
with program focused in a coordinated way. - Mobilize community action researchers and support them to carry out evidence- based
research in line with district level advocacy plan. - Prepare monthly and quarterly plan and report of the activities.
- Coordinate with district and local government agencies , CSOs, media, journalist trained by
CS: MAP and other stakeholders in the district and mobilize them in CS : MAP program focus
